5. Inquiries, Quotations, and Orders
Submitting an inquiry, quotation request, contact form, sample request, specification, artwork, or other information through the Website does not constitute an order, acceptance of an offer, or binding sales agreement.
NORVIOR may review your requirements and communicate with you regarding product specifications, quantities, materials, artwork, sampling, pricing, lead time, shipping, and other commercial matters before an order is confirmed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a sales order becomes binding only when NORVIOR issues a Pro Forma Invoice (“PI”) and the customer accepts the PI in accordance with the terms stated in it.
Where NORVIOR and the customer enter into a separate sales contract, purchase arrangement, or other written agreement, that agreement may govern the transaction instead.
If there is any conflict between these Website Terms and the terms contained in an agreed PI, sales contract, or other transaction-specific written agreement, the transaction-specific agreement will prevail in relation to that transaction.
6. Customer Artwork and Materials
You may provide NORVIOR with materials such as logos, trademarks, artwork, packaging designs, illustrations, photographs, text, book content, card designs, drawings, dielines, reference images, or other files in connection with an inquiry or project.
You retain ownership of the materials that you provide to us.
By providing such materials, you authorize NORVIOR to use, reproduce, review, modify where instructed, proof, process, and share those materials with relevant suppliers, manufacturers, or service providers only to the extent reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, develop, manufacture, package, or fulfill your requested project.
You are responsible for ensuring that you own, license, or otherwise have the necessary rights and permissions to use and provide any trademarks, copyrighted works, designs, images, text, or other intellectual property submitted to NORVIOR.
You should not submit third-party intellectual property unless you are authorized to use it for the intended project.
NORVIOR may decline or suspend a project where we reasonably believe that submitted materials may infringe intellectual property rights, violate applicable law, or otherwise create significant legal or compliance risks.
